Drink plenty of water even if you are not experiencing bloating. It is advisable to ensure that you drink at least eight glasses of water a day to keep you hydrated. Lack of physical activity or exercise is one of the contributory factors that can cause bloating. Staying active and following even just a simple exercise routine can surely help to prevent bloating.
